For Nannies

If you are a Nanny and are looking for placement, we can help. I'll bet you're wondering what we can do to make the transition even easier? Don't worry…we've got that covered. Let's face it, whether this is your first-time as a nanny or you are a seasoned veteran, you are about to make a major transition.

First, we'll see to it that you are matched up with a family that you are comfortable with. Both nannies and families need to apply. It is up to us to put both parties in a mutually comfortable setting.

Although each position is unique, our experience has shown that quality child care providers are seeking positions which meet the following criteria:

• Salaries are based on a 40-50 hour week and two weeks paid vacations.
• Typical nanny duties: complete child care (meals, bathing, activities and child related housekeeping). Other responsibilities are negotiable between family and nanny.
• Child care provider shall be exempt from working on all major U.S. holidays.
• Use of a family car is usually made available for live-in.
• Comfortable and private living quarters will be provided, as well as all meals.
• Typical salaries (depending on experience and education) are as follows: Live-out: $12 an hour and up. Live-in: $400+ weekly (however salaries do vary).
• Benefits negotiable.
